Installation Precautions
The mold used in the tile press equipment requires one upper mold and six lower molds of the same size. Install the upper mold and A lower mold, the lower mold is directly installed on the hexagonal runner workbench, the upper mold is installed on the bottom of the slide, and a pad of appropriate thickness is placed to ensure that after the upper and lower molds are closed, the surrounding gaps are even and the distance between the upper and lower molds is Equal to the thickness of the required tile blank. Then take the upper mold as the standard, turn the workbench, and install the remaining five sets of lower molds. Only after the upper and lower molds are installed can the car be driven for tile pressing. Before using the equipment, check whether the connections are firm and whether the mounting bolts and nuts are tightened. Enough lubricating oil should be added to the left and right chassis before the machine can be powered on and started for test run. The machine should be empty first. Observe the operation carefully to see if there is any vibration or noise, whether there is oil coming from the oil window, and whether the movement of each component is coordinated. The mold can be installed only after everything is normal. When installing the mold, the power must be cut off, and the motor belt or large gear must be moved manually to make the workbench Index the position and raise the sliding seat to the highest point.
